We had an incredible stay at Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Winters! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. What truly stood out was the amazing staff—so friendly and accommodating. We accidentally left a watch behind, and they went above and beyond to keep it safe until we could return to pick it up. Their honesty and kindness were so appreciated. Highly recommend this place for a great stay!

We spent Christmas in Winters, Texas. It was cold and rainy, which was perfect since we didn't have snow! This brand new hotel was the cherry on top. We booked 3 rooms, 1 for my husband and I, and the other two were for our children and their families. The rooms were very nice, and every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to be very helpful. The location was very easy to find and convenient to everything we needed. The rate was very reasonable, too. If ever you go to the cute little town of Winters, Texas, we all highly recommend this hotel!!

Visit was for the loss of a sister. Large family attendance. Some confusion with reservations with overlap of names and date accommodations. This was resolved by host manager. Rooms were excellent and clean, hotel does not have an elecator but does have handrails for the stairs. difficulty handling bags. Breakfast free, coffee luke warm. Manager was great at solving with new staff, but did resolve. Staff does need more computer program literacy. Still a five star, maintenance cleanliness and accommodations.

Loved our experience in this hotel while attending a class reunion. A new hotel, clean, attractive and convenient. After we checked in by a warm, friendly young woman, named Ariana, we discovered our room had not been cleaned. She was very apologetic and quickly got busy taking care of cleaning the room herself! She went above and beyond to see that we were taken care of in time to attend an event. Breakfasts were good and coffee was excellent. We will be back. Thanks to those who brought this hotel to this community!

Beautiful new hotel with new clean comfortable rooms! Only two issues. Be forewarned there is no elevator, which is crazy. We requested a first floor room in advance because we had musical instruments with us, but didn't get it. So we had to haul all of our stuff upstairs, which was a pain. Secondly, for some weird reason the parking spaces were laughably small. We had to fold the mirrors in on our mid-size SUV just to barely fit. To make matters worse we were there opening weekend of dove season so there was nothing but giant trucks in the parking lot. Had to let my wife out of the car first, then try to park. Super super crowded. If there's one thing you should have in West Texas, it's a large parking lot. Hopefully they'll fix that. This really is a nice beautiful hotel but the elevator and parking situation were major turnoffs and will probably keep us from returning for future stays.

I wanted to stay at the Cobblestone in Winters on Sunday 9-22. Got there around 11 am and there was not a human being in sight. I stayed for about 15 minutes looking around and calling out but no one ever came to the lobby. There was no feeling of hospitality there whatsoever. I later noticed a sign that said "Pick up phone for assistance." I would rather be greeted by a human. Even some coffee in the lobby would have been welcoming but everything looked cleaned up and put away as if they were closed for the day. I did have a much better experience at the other motel in town which I highly recommend.

The rooms were so clean, the new facility strives to keep it in perfect condition. Staff very congenial and helpful. A thoroughly delightful stay. Great coffee and more than adequate breakfast bar. I did t find the bed very comfortable myself but the pillows were awesome.

Comfortable bed, super friendly staff, very clean rooms and inviting atmosphere. A little pricey for the non-oilfield people though. Overall, it’s a great hotel and I would recommend to anyone passing through. I almost waited until I got to Brownwood, but I’m glad I didn’t. (:
