Tolles modernes Hotel in Buffalo direkt bei der Canalside. Dieser Teil von Buffalo ist sehr schön und aufgeräumt. Die Innenstadt ist eher etwas verlassen und tot, schade eigentlich. Das Hotelzimmer war gross mit sehr komfortablen Betten. Auch das Design ist sehr modern und futuristisch, was mir gut gefiel. Ich hätte es aber bevorzugt mein Auto selbst zu parkieren, da mir das einfach lieber ist. Ansonsten aber alles sehr angenehm.

This hotel was amazing. From the location to the people at reception and most important for me…it was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms, pool, hot tub, gym, lobby, everything was pristine. It’s rare to find a hotel that everything is up to standards and this place exceeded every expectation I had. We stayed here to attend a hockey game at Key Bank arena and it was a 2 minute walk to the entrance. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is staying in Buffalo.

We came here for a work conference, our meeting room was well organized, coffee and snacks were always refreshed and lunches right on time. They did not provide instructions or equipment to connect to the big TVs in the conference rooms, but it was ok with our group as we were mostly on our computers. Hot Tub was great although a bit crowded. My room was very clean. I stayed on the second floor with a king bed. Shower was wonderful and staff were very friendly, patient and knowledgeable of the area. Will definitely stay there again when in the Buffalo, NY area.

Upscale rooms and hotel. Felt classy. Good vibes. Nice staff. Really nice room. Perfect location for keybank centre. Not cheap price wise, but can see why it costs what it does. Nice property.

Our room was large and the bed comfortable. We stayed in the hotel before beginning a bike ride to Albany. Proximity to the trail was good and room was large enough to easily fit our bikes. The bar downstairs was nice for grabbing a beer before going to bed. The manager gave us a special rate for parking our car until we returned from Albany.

Hotel is in need of maintenance and repairs. Mold in bathroom. Wallpaper and ceiling damage in hallway. During the day the hotel smells of strong, chemical cleaning products. Stayed five days and experienced this daily. The worst, however, was when they decided to flood the lobby with chemicals/water and buff the floors. I rented a conference room for a meeting that day and nearly all attendees were coughing and complaining of nose/throat burning from the chemicals. I was coughing and wheezing for days after. Expressed concerns to the hotel and they seem uninterested. Would not stay again.

Probably one of the nicer Courtyards I've stayed at. The staff was super friendly. I had a very minor (less than 15 minute) wait for my room, which they upgraded me for. The upgraded room was gorgeous with a beautiful view of.... the construction site. I don't blame the hotel for that though, the room was beautiful, and once the construction is complete (if ever), it'll be a wonderful view of the city. There really isn't a way to have a water view anymore, I don't believe.

Hotel itself is nice enough, clean. The back entrance from the parking lot could use some work, but it's clean. Parking seems secure and is easy to get in/out. The nearby businesses are decent, some good food for a night or two.

Overall, better than I anticipated for Buffalo, and one of the nicer Courtyards I've stayed in.

Disgusting service!!! Do not come here if you do not want to be robbed! I paid $375 for a room per night on Booking! When checking in at the reception, they asked me for a confirmation card. I gave the card, entered the pin code and they wrote me down another $400!! I asked what it was. To which I was told that this was the payment for the room! Carmen worked at the reception. A very unpleasant girl who spoke to us very rudely. She said that this hotel will return $400 someday, but she does not know when. Senior manager Philip came, who also spoke rudely and none of them even apologized!! In the end, I paid $775 for 1 night at the hotel!!! This is a scam and fraud!

There was no minibar in the room for that kind of money. The water stream in the bathroom was very hard.
