My stay here was a great time!!! From the manager to front desk employees to housekeeping, everyone was very friendly and super helpful and accommodating. I’m already thinking about the next time I’m coming to visit family in the area, and I will 100% be staying here again. Me and my two dogs had no trouble at all making this a home away from home.

Stayed at this hotel for one week at the end of July/beginning of August. First the good: the location is great, the grounds are well-maintained, rooms have a full-sized refrigerator and the staff was friendly enough. ||That is pretty much all I can say that is positive about our experience. The bed was supposedly queen-sized but it seemed smaller. The mattress was uncomfortable and the bedding was so worn that it was pretty much threadbare. The room, especially the carpet, was dirty. I mean deep down dirty. I mean if you walk barefoot in the room your shower water will be black dirty. The toilet looked like it had not been cleaned thoroughly in a long time. ||It was not a pleasant environment in which to stay. We stayed seven nights, which did not qualify us for housekeeping. We were provided with four small bath towels, which we had to exchange at the desk when soiled.||We will be back in the Brookfield area for a week at Christmas. We have booked a room elsewhere.

Horrible first shift front desk staff. Will insult you, make incredibly rude assumptions and lie. Room was entered multiple times without permission!! Last time staff helped themselves to Christmas presents we had bought for our kids...still literally gobsmacked about that one!!!!
Complaint to the corporate level does nothing whatsoever but try to sweet talk you into spending more money with them. Nightmare, never again!!!

My physical and psychological needs for a quiet, dark and reliably-available room were met wonderfully!

I do wish I would've known before entering that there was a 2-burner stove top available in the room for a personalized and personally-prepared dinner, though I also really enjoyed how conveniently located this Extended Stay is to Bluemound Road.

I am grateful for the privilege to stay in an affordable, safe, clean, and comfortable room!

Great customer service especially from Kristi who’s super nice and helpful! The rooms are clean and have all the stuff you’d need for your stay and it’s close to a lot of stores and food. Would definitely stay there again and shout out to Kristi for the fork 🙂

Room wasn't cleaned when we checked in. Pillows weren't good. Breakfast was a bunch of packaged muffins.
Employees were very nice. Other than that, wouldn't stay here again.

I've been here for about 4 months. The staff has been kind to me, the room is comfortable. The bed is HUGE! The air conditioner/heat works great. When I get up early enough I have a free muffin and cup of coffee waiting for me.

I plan to stay indefinitely and had no trouble making this place feel like home while I recover from surgery. The location is AWESOME, literally cool stuff 15 mins in every direction. Highly recommend.

My 3 month stay was lovely. The staff was kind. Free wifi, free grab and go breakfast and coffee and parking.. they even have a starter kit (coffee pot, 2 forks, knives, spoons, plates, cups and mugs) 1 pot and 1 pan. The room was clean. They have room service every 2 weeks (if you would like). Nothing broken. The location is near everything you need and a shopping center. Very convenient. I just kept being pulled over while driving while black in Brookfield. I felt like I was constantly being harassed & a guy in the hotel told me I looked "suspicious". 4 stars for the hotel stay, 2 stars for the city of Brookfield.
