Solid and simple hotel. Affordable rooms and flexible service. And great location!
Beds are fine. There is a pool!

Really the only thing to keep in mind is thin walls. Just older buildings so you can hear people around you. Wasn’t terrible since people were all going to sleep anyway. But our neighbors knocked our door and asked us to be quiet and I thought we were plenty quiet haha so I would say it’s fine just know there’s a quiet time hour so plan on going to bed around 10 or so. Anyway great place, best deal for your money I’d say for around here.

While the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff very helpful there were some issues we've not had at their other properties. We had a terrible time getting into our room as the key wouldn't work - it took maintenance coming to help and almost an hour before we could access our room. The filtered water machine in the office was broken. The breakfast left much to be desired as it was all sugary, processed stuff (not even yogurt or hard boiled eggs were offered) except for a bowl of apples. I don't expect we will return to this property because of these issues.

Loyal Duke made our Christmas awesome. The prices were perfect and everyone working there was friendly. We had a great time. It was refreshing to stay at a place that was dog friendly and they made it a key point of the whole experience.

Great local place for its price. Heated indoor pool, one indoor hot tub, and two outdoor. The location made it take easy to get around, especially as a biker. Very close to trails and the historic downtown.

Barbara and Matt were wonderful and helpful front desk hosts and made me feel very welcome. Both took extra time to help accommodate me as a last-minute solo traveler, and Barbara even went the extra mile in conversation and comfort. Thanks again to you both!

I would certainly consider staying here on future visits.

The rooms are clean and pretty quiet and centrally located. The desk attendant was really wonderful she gave me a coupon for the brewery to blocks away. The hot tubs outdoors are amazing! And the pool is nice!

We stay there a number of times. We bring our dog and find that it’s very comfortable for her. The beds are comfortable. The pillows are comfortable. The towels are good. The amenities are as promised, and the price cannot be beat. Glad to have that option in Salida

Central location to easily get downtown with access to parks right across the street. The room did have a strong cleaner smell but it aired out with windows open. Bathroom is dated but everything worked and bed was comfortable. Hot tub was great! Our dogs liked the place and felt welcome. There was one employee who was very nice and friendly who helped make us feel welcome. We had the meadow view with mountains which was lovely to wake up to.
