Super Hotel, allerdings sollte man versuchen, den Zugang zum Pool nur für Hotelgäste zugänglich machen. Vorallem wenn diese dann im Schutze der Dunkelheit für den Nachwuchs Amerikas am Pool in die Wege leiten... Im Anschluss fuhr das Pärchen in Badesachen von Parkplatz und kamen die Nacht nicht wieder...

Die Zimmer sind okay, allerdings ist das Mobeliar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr gut und die Auswahl sehr gering.Es gibt zu wenig Sitzplätze für die Anzahl der Zimmer.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet.
Für den Preis und für eine Nacht in Ordnung.

The kind gentleman at the Jose deserved the five stars! He checked us in with a huge smile and every contact with him was above and beyond. Had a couple issues that he fixed quickly, efficiently and with the best smile! Almost wanted to take him home. I don’t want to take away from his service, so this review will be just for him. I'm on a road trip from home in Los Angeles to Vancouver BC. I booked this hotel for an accessible room at least 2 months ago. After driving up from LA, we go to check in and find out they don't have an accessible room. I then asked if there was a regular room and a shower chair. They didn't have a shower chair either. While being professional, the desk clerk really gave me the sense that they didn't really care about my circumstance, out of town without a place to say. There was no empathy or apparent understanding about the difficulty I was facing. There was no effort to compensate me or to even find another accommodation for the night. I was on my own. The attitude was fairly indifferent and kind of "oh well". At least they cancelled the room and I didn't have to pay. But as a Choice Hotel Gold member, I find this whole thing unacceptable. Thankfully the Holiday Inn next door had a room. This is a poor way to run a hospitality business. I'm annoyed, frustrated and disappointed with Choice and this particular Quality Inn. I know it's not a high end hotel but I have received excellent customer service and care from other Choices properties. Really unacceptable.

The room is absolutely not clean. It is dirty. And there are cockroaches. Not wirth at all….sorry but i have to say that. Best there is the IHOP across the street. I really want to write good as much as possible but i can not here. There are other hotels around but i dont know if they are better than this

The rooms smell sooo strong! Uugghh. The staff was amazing . It's a older hotel for sure.

Immediately after entering the room a used condom was found by my dog under the bed. This place is filthy. Hair everywhere, mold and dirt. Room stunk like cigarettes. All I was offered was a tiny credit. I had to take a used condom out of my dogs mouth. This place should be shut down by the Health Department. I paid over $200 to be stuck with a used condom. ANYTHING is better than this place. Deserves a 0. Do NOT stay here is my best advice.

Positive: The staff is amazing. The location is perfect. There's lots of stores around and even a movie theater walking distance. Negative: Maybe need more selection for breakfast.
