Major problem with room is the sofa bed which is lumpy and hard making it difficult to sleep. Also beware — rates get jacked up majorly when there is a Bills home game. Went from about $200 to $500. Just checked the website and there’s a game today and now it’s over $600. However, I must say the staff is great and the breakfast, which is included, is pretty good.

Contemporary clean hotel walking distance to several medical facilities and great local dining establishments. Would be 5 star but for conflicting hours that the bar was open (one set of hours on website, different hours posted in the elevator, different hours quoted at check in, bar actually closed for new years day - even though the bar open sign was lit.)

Just a one night stay but have to say-----kudos to the Housekeeping staff! This is the cleanest hotel! Room looks like it is brand new.|Bed is very comfortable. Parking easy. Great location. Were we to go back to Buffalo, this would be the place.

This Hotel is a hidden gem. You are still close enough (uber) to downtown but you get away from the congestion. Clean rooms, great staff, and good breakfast. It's walking distance from a ton of great places such as Big Ditch Brewery and the Anchor Bar. The lobby is modern and inviting. Can't recommend this property enough!

Great location for an overnight stay to visit Niagara Falls. Loved the lobby bar, which had great service. Food options for vegetarians could be improved (one pizza option was not available and the one we ordered was not good). Breakfast was not the best we have had at a Residence Inn. Puzzling was the choice to offer an egg sandwich with bacon on it and have bacon on the buffet, which again was not great for vegetarians. Why not make an egg and cheese sandwich that people can add bacon to?

What a fantastic hotel! I have rarely been so happy to stay somewhere. The staff here absolutely nailed it during our stay. Kind, welcoming, helpful, and they took care of us from the first moment we were here during what was probably one of the busiest days of the year (we were in town for the eclipse).

The rooms were very clean and reasonably modern (sometimes too modern - the shades were a little confusing since they are electronic and you have to be on the right channel with the remote to operate them), but this wasn't a serious drawback.

We didn't take too much advantage of the amenities but the pool looked nice, as did the outside deck with a fire pit. We did stop into the bar and the prices were very competitive, so we enjoyed our evening there as well.

Honestly, I have only ever had two hotel experiences that top this one, and I couldn't more highly recommend a place to stay if this works for you.

Right from check-in we knew we had picked the right hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. |The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and a fantastic kitchen and sitting area which is fantastic when you are staying a few nights. |The hotel grounds are very well kept and the hallways and common areas are very clean and comfy. |Breakfast was very good with lots of selections and the coffee was very good. |We will definitely be staying here again as we frequent this lovely city.
