Great place to stay in the Stuttgart area! Lively and friendly hosts, always eager to chat or help. Quiet area, right in center of Münchingen, within walking distance from Edeka (1min.), Lidl (10min.) and Trolsch (3min.). Bus stop is just 3min. away, with direct connections to Ludwigsburg, Feuerbach, Schwieberdingen, and train stop is 5min. away with direct connections to Gerlingen, Porscheplatz, Korntal.
Apartment is nice, recently renovated, very good process for value, fully furnished and with a fully stocked kitchen! There is also complimentary: Netflix, Disney+, YouTube Premium, Amazon Prime Video, and Max, to name a few.
Definitely worth a visit!

Its an amazing place at an affordable cost. I have stayed here for close to 4 months and my experience was nothing but wonderful.
The house is fully equipped with all the amenities. Kitchen is very well organized with almost all the appliances needed for Indian as well as western cooking in place. Best part is that common areas like kitchen and washroom are well partitioned to give equal space for all the guests at home. The owner is very friendly and makes sure that you are felt included during the stay. Even if you dont have company, you will have lot of fun with neighbors, owner and fellow flatmates with lot of in house parties and some nice conversations. Its a great place for networking. Lidl, Edeka, bus stops and train stations are very close by which makes this place very convenient.
Overall a great place and I highly recommend.

Well furnished Apartment with all facilities and well stocked Kitchen/Housekeeping Amenities within Budget and easy accessibility
I have stayed here with my wife for a duration of 90 days and it was very good experience & well beyond the expectations at Nominal Budget.The host is superb in response and the different housemates I met were all very friendly and had great opportunity to socialize and engage with others.I believe the host is very responsible and picks the guests so as to maintain cordial ambience among the occupants.

Best place! I stayed here for 40 days. This was my best experience in Germany. It feels like a home here. The owner is always welcoming and helping. The place is clean and all the facilities are provided. The bus stop and the train station is very close to home. I would always recommend this place for stay!

I have stayed in this apartment for around 70 days and below is my feedback about it.

The apartment is well maintained and equipped with all the basic amenities that were required for the stay, the host is superb and friendly in providing the required services and addresses the concerns at the earliest possible when raised.

Facilities:
The individual rooms are equipped with amenities like: Individual room heaters, Iron Box, Smart TV with all the major applications (Netflix, Amazon Prime, SonyLiv,etc), Wi-Fi, Water Bottles (Still and Carbonated), Drinking Glasses, Towels, Spreadsheets and bedsheets.

Common spaces are equipped with amenities like: Washing Machine, Dryer, Hair Dryer and Straightener.

The kitchen space is well equipped with all the items required for cooking.

Public Transport Facilities:
Facilitated and accessible with a good number of bus stops, RB Train stations.

Supermarkets:
Edeka (50 Metres), Lidl (600 Meters)

Overall, i would highly recommend this place for the stay as it is budget friendly and well equipped with all the necessary amenities and facilities that are required for a perfect stay.
